Attached: "162835 F.C. COPYRIGHT CLINEDINST, WASH. D.C. FROM UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, N.Y. NEW TRENCH HELMET WORN IN THE UNITED STATES. Lieut. C.F. Parks, wearing the new steel trench helmet at a training camp "somewhere in the United States." That particular camp was the first one in the United States at which steel helmets were worn. Other troops have had to wait util they got "over there" before they received their steel helmets. CENSORED AND PASSED BY THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC INFORMATION. 11/20/17."
