Attached: "M162914 F.C. COPYRIGHT UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, N.Y. TORPEDOED FRENCH TRANSPORT GOES DOWN IN TWO MINUTES. The big French Transport Medie about two minutes after it was torpedoed in the Mediterranean Sea, at the moment that the ammunition on board exploded. The big ship went up in flames after the explosion. The attack was made on September 23rd. The photo shows the ship as it disappeared below the surface of the sea. 11/21/17."
