Attached: "236276 COPYRIGHT UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, N.Y. ITALIAN HYDROAEROPLANE HELD BY CRANE PRIOR TO FLIGHT OVER ENEMY TERRITORY. This swan like Italian hydroaeroplane is ready to make a flight over the enemy lines, and is beind [sic] held by the crane before the pilot gets into the machine and starts the trip. The outline of the plane indicates great speed, and this type plane does make speed. 150 miles an hour is easy for the machine. 2/8/18."
