Attached: "168465 F.C. COPYRIGHT COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC INFORMATION FROM UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, N.Y. RELEASED FOR FEB. 14-1918." "GRASS CUTTER" BUMPS ITS NOSE IN FRANCE. This practice ground machine, usually called a grass cutter, used for training the dare devils who intend to become aces of the American Aviation squadron has bumped its nose into French soil. The aviatior [sic] was uninjured and is trying to pull the propeller out of the mud and right his machine. 2/12/18." Relleased [sic] for Feb.14-1918." Readers of the who [gap] wish a photographic copy of the picture can obtain it by sending ten cents to the Division of Pictures, Committee on Public Information, Wash., D.C. Inclose this clipping or mention photo No. 2380. 2/12/18."
