Attached: "168976 F.C. F.C. COPYRIGHT UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, N.Y. UNUSUAL PHOTO - BRITISH PRISONERS OF WAR HAVE PAPERS EXAMINED BY GERMAN OFFICERS IN HOLLAND. British prisoners of war ar [sic] living at the railroad station of Venlo, a city in the province of Limburg, the southern province of Holland near the German frontier, having their papers examined by German and Dutch officers. This is a most unusual photo. Photographs of this kind are extremely rare. 2/18/18."
